What to Expect in Our New Certification Portal Coming February 5, 2024
We’re introducing a new portal experience for our certification solutions. Read on to learn what this means for your application or renewal.
New certification applications and renewals will take place in a new portal starting Monday, February 5. In-progress applications and renewals will remain in our current portal until further notice, and both portals will be accessible until we sunset the current portal at a future date. You will be directed to the appropriate primary portal based on the status of your account.
Why Is This Changing?
The new portal is being built in a system that will enable more efficient application and renewal processes, with the goal of reducing time to certification. This change will also set the foundation for future improvements, making it easier for us to improve your portal experience more quickly and frequently going forward.
Applicants beginning a new application on or after February 5 will experience the new portal when beginning their application. Clients with a certification renewal process beginning on or after February 5 will experience the new portal at their time of renewal.
If you have already started your application or renewal prior to the time the new portal goes live on February 5, you will complete the process in our current portal to prevent any disruption to your saved progress. We've allocated our resources to address any pending applications and renewals in a timely manner. Your wait time will not be impacted.
