Scott Roth
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Scott Roth is the Chief Executive Officer at LegitScript where he sets the strategic vision, oversees day-to-day operations, and ensures the ongoing business performance of the company. Prior to joining LegitScript, Scott was CEO of Jama Software, a leading product development and risk management platform for companies building complex and highly regulated products. Over the course of his 20+ year career, Scott has held several leadership positions with high-growth SaaS, internet, and data companies such as Salesforce, ExactTarget, and Return Path. He is a committed volunteer in the Portland community and serves as the Board Chair of Portland Opportunities and Industrialization Center (POIC) and Rosemary Anderson Prep, an accredited college prep school, youth mentoring, and job training organization.
Jaylene Kunze
CHIEF OPERATING & FINANCIAL OFFICER
Jaylene Kunze is the Chief Operating & Financial Officer at LegitScript, where she is responsible for driving profitable growth and operational excellence across the company while overseeing Operations, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Compliance. She brings over 20 years of financial and operational experience, primarily in software technology and Saas across ownership structures. Prior to joining LegitScript, Jaylene held various leadership roles at Hexure, Uplight, and MWH Global and worked in consulting and public accounting at Deloitte. She has a strong track record of helping high-growth technology companies balance growth while scaling sustainably. She does this by building strong teams, enabling technology, and streamlining processes with a laser focus on key SaaS metrics and KPIs. Jaylene holds a BA in Accounting from Hillsdale College and is an active CPA in the State of Colorado. As an active member of the Denver community, she serves on the boards of A Precious Child and Titan Colorado and coaches youth softball.
Chris Riggio
PRESIDENT & CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
Chris Riggio is the President & Chief Revenue Officer focused on executing the company's strategic go-to-market initiatives, building a world-class global revenue organization, and fostering seamless integration across sales, account management, marketing, and customer success teams. He brings over 25 years of experience in Fintech, specializing in driving revenue growth for high-performing software organizations. Chris has held executive leadership roles at Confluence, Institutional Shareholder Services, and ICE, where he consistently delivered impactful results. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, providing a strong foundation for his strategic approach to business. A passionate advocate for excellence, Chris prioritizes supporting LegitScript's global client base while inspiring individuals to achieve their best, both professionally and personally.
Dan Frechtling
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, PRODUCT AND RESEARCH
Dan Frechtling is the SVP of Product and Research at LegitScript, where he leads product management, policy research, and data integrity across all business lines. Prior to joining LegitScript, Dan held product and growth leadership roles across B2B SaaS. He was CEO at Boltive, a privacy and security software firm he turned around and sold to new investors. Before that he was CPO/CMO and later President at G2 Risk Solutions, a payments compliance vendor he grew and sold to Verisk. Prior to that he was VP and GM at Hibu and a senior consultant at McKinsey & Co. Over the course of his career, he has translated complex regulatory and risk challenges into scalable products, and he is an active voice in the payments and compliance community. Dan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northwestern University and with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
Charley Shamaly
VICE PRESIDENT, ENGINEERING
Charley Shamaly is the Vice President of Engineering at LegitScript, where he leads the teams that build the software and platforms used internally and by customers, and oversees IT, security, and DevOps. He brings over 20 years of experience delivering SaaS products powered by machine learning. Before LegitScript, Charley was VP of Engineering and Product at BlueConduit, building software to assess risk across water networks, and held the same role at Themis, whose platform connects banks, vendors, and fintech partners to democratize compliance. Earlier, as Global VP of Product Engineering at Urbint, he led the teams behind software that protects critical utility infrastructure. Across his career, he has built engineering organizations that turn complex risk and compliance challenges into secure, scalable products. Charley holds a BA from Baldwin Wallace College, an MBA from Cleveland State University, and an ALM in Information Science from Harvard University.
Kristen Zervis
CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER
Kristen is the Chief People Officer focused on enhancing the employee experience, building inclusive practices, and fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and genuine care. With more than 18 years of experience in human resources, Kristen has held leadership roles across the HR spectrum—from talent acquisition and organizational development to business partnering and operations. Before joining LegitScript, Kristen served as Director of HR for U.S. Retail at Adidas and held senior HR roles at First Tech Federal Credit Union. She brings deep expertise in building high-performing, values-driven teams that align people strategy with business outcomes. Kristen earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications from the University of Portland.
