Please use LegitScript’s online application to begin the evaluation process. Before you start, you will need:

  • Your pharmacy license number(s).
  • License numbers of your Pharmacist(s)-in-Charge.
  • Your DEA registration number.

LegitScript review and verification is free. The only requirement is that online pharmacies adhere to our standards, which are recognized by the NABP, the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy.

What else you need to know.

Additionally, you should know that:

  • We generally will not approve an online pharmacy if the WhoIs (registrant) information is anonymous. You can check whether your information is currently “privacy protected” at Domain Tools.
  • Under no circumstances will we approve an online pharmacy that fills prescriptions solely on the basis of an online questionnaire.
  • We do not approve websites sourcing prescription drugs in a way that the FDA has indicated is contrary to US law (meaning, “Canadian” or other foreign pharmacy websites).
